By using our website or purchasing products from Glow LLC, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and that the information you provide to us is accurate and complete.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Glow LLC will make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders according to the shipping timeframe communicated to customers.

Federal rules generally require online sellers to ship within the time they promise or, when no shipping time is stated, within 30 days. Certain delays also require sellers to give customers the opportunity to consent to the delay or cancel for a refund.

Returns, refunds, replacements, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Certain opened or used dietary supplements, consumable products, personal-care products, and hygiene-sensitive products may be ineligible for ordinary returns for safety and quality-control reasons.

Nothing in these Terms or our Return & Refund Policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes

From time to time, Glow LLC may offer discounts, promotional codes, giveaways, sales, or other promotions.

Promotions may have separate eligibility requirements, expiration dates, exclusions, or other conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined. We may refuse or cancel promotional benefits obtained through fraud, manipulation, technical errors, or misuse.

The Glow name, Glow Fitness & Wellness branding, logos, graphics, product photography, website designs, written content, marketing materials, and other original materials owned by Glow LLC are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Unless you have our prior written permission, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, commercially exploit, republish, or falsely represent Glow LLC content as your own.
